I recently became quite fascinated with distillery hand filled bottlings and in particular those from Bowmore. I was not able to find a single source which contained information about all the editions/batches/iterations of the Bowmore hand filled bottlings so I decided to make one myself.
This list/archive does not contain tasting notes as I have not yet tried any of them (hoping to!) but I have added links to tastings notes from other sites.
The best sources of information seemed to come from whisky auction sites so I have added links to auction pages for info sourcing. Apparently online whisky auctions serve as a sort of whisky information archive!
If you have anymore information on the bottlings please let me know and I can add it to this post.

Feis Ile Special Bottlings 2015
This years special bottling for Feis Ile 2015 has been matured in hand-selected Virgin Oak casks and was bottled at natural cask strength. 700 bottles from this special release of 1000 bottles will go on sale at the Distillery Visitor Centre from 10am on Saturday 23rd May. The remaining 300 bottles will go on sale on Wednesday 27th May. Price – £55
We have also created a very special single cask bottling of a Bowmore 1988 Sherry Cask Matured whisky. Only 248 bottles of this rare and unique spirit will be available to buy from the Distillery Visitor Centre from 10am on Wednesday 27th May. Price – £350
This years Bottle Your Own Feis Edition is a 2002 Oloroso Sherry Cask No 2214. This bottling will be available from 10am on Saturday 23rd May. Price – £80
